The journey began with a humble team of indie Flash game developers, which has since grown into a seasoned collective of game development veterans. With a deep passion for gaming and extensive knowledge of the field, G-Space Studio specializes in creating a variety of high-quality products. This includes engaging PC and Console games, immersive AR/VR experiences, and captivating mobile games.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment process, from job posting to negotiations, including search, selection, interview, and contract signing.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and create job descriptions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in full-cycle recruitment, within the game development industry.
- Strong understanding of game development roles and the skills required for these positions.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various sourcing tools and platforms.
- High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Ukrainian and English.
